Depositor Comments
Receiver vector for EMMA. It is the plasmid used as receiver vector in the BsmBI golden gate reaction of EMMA and therefore provides the backbone of the resulting expression vector. It contains a ccdB gene which is replaced by the assembling parts.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
