SARS-CoV-2 Spike Receptor Binding Domain Deep Mutational Scanning Library
(Pooled Library #1000000172)
-
Purpose
This pair of duplicate libraries contains SARS-CoV-2 spike receptor binding domain (RBD) mutants in a yeast surface display vector.
Each library is barcoded with randomized N16 barcodes downstream of the coding sequence.
These libraries can be used for comprehensive mapping of the biochemical effects of RBD mutations.

Depositor Comments
The depositing laboratory provides the following GitHub repositories:
- SARS-CoV-2-RBD_DMS (Link opens in a new window) includes algorithms for analyzing barcode sequencing data.
- SARS-CoV-2-RBD_MAP_clinical_Abs (Link opens in a new window) algorithm from Starr et al Science. 2021 (Link opens in a new window) for mapping escape from antibody binding.
These pooled libraries were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
