Mobius Assembly Vector Toolkit
(Kit #
1000000134
)
Depositing Lab: Naomi Nakayama
The Mobius Assembly Toolkit is a new Golden Gate Assembly framework, which combines vector toolkit simplicity with high cloning capacity. It is based on a two-level, hierarchical approach and utilizes a low-frequency cutter to reduce domestication requirements. Mobius Assembly embraces the standard overhang designs designated by MoClo, Golden Braid, and Phytobricks and is largely compatible with already available Golden Gate part libraries.
This kit will be shipped as bacterial glycerol stocks in 96-well plate format.

Description
Mobius Assembly vector toolkit consists of 16 plasmids: one mUAV, four Level 1 Acceptor Vectors, four Level 2 Acceptor Vectors and seven Auxiliary Plasmids. Mobius Assembly is a Golden Gate Assembly framework which renders both high cloning capacity and vector toolkit simplicity. It is based on a two-level approach which enables a quadruple hierarchical assembly augmentation, it has reduced domestication requirements and employs a chromogenic, visible cloning screening.

- Resistance Color Key
Each circle corresponds to a specific antibiotic resistance in the kit plate map wells.
- Inventory
Searchable and sortable table of all plasmids in kit. The Well column lists the plasmid well location in its plate. The Plasmid column links to a plasmid's individual web page.
- Kit Plate Map
96-well plate map for plasmid layout. Hovering over a well reveals the plasmid name, while clicking on a well opens the plasmid page.
