dRMCE Plasmid Kit
(Kit # 1000000015 )

Depositing Labs:   Rolf Zeller

The dual recombinase-mediated cassette exchange (dRMCE) plasmid kit can be used to re-engineer conditional alleles in mouse embryonic stem cells. The dRMCE system takes advantage of the wild-type loxP and FRT sites present in these conditional alleles and can introduce tags, reporters and mutant coding regions into an endogenous locus of interest.

This kit consists of 8 bacterial stabs and will be shipped at room temperature.
