*The N-terminus not only has a Flag tag, but starting with methionine has a signal sequence that replaces the first 29 amino acids of the TNFR1 coding sequence: MGLSTVPDLLLPLVLLELLVGIYPSGVIG
Downstream of the Flag tag, the coding sequence of this construct is a 100% match with the reference sequence NM_001065 except for the desirable L380A mutation that is already noted for this entry.
