Depositor Comments
Please note in Addgene's NGS result the M13 ori is inverted and there are few ambiguous bases in one of the ITRs. ITRs can be difficult to sequence. Additionally an 8bp deletion of a GT repeat was identified in the mGAD65(delE1) promoter compared to the depositor's reference sequence. The depositor confirmed that the plasmid is still functional.
